Abbreviations

Keep text readable by writing out abbreviations when possible.

Abbreviations can make texts harder to read. This is why we usually write things out in full, such as "bland annat", "med flera", and "procent". If an abbreviation is needed, make sure to explain it the first time it appears.

This also applies to internal terms, such as "egna varumärken (EVM)", "fysisk förströelse (FYS)" and "Coop Butiker & Stormarknader AB (CBS)". Avoid internal abbreviations when communicating with customers or external audiences.

Tokens

Tokens are named, reusable values used for both design and code. Instead of hardcoding values, tokens help ensure consistency and make updates easier throughout the system.
