Swedish first
At Coop, Swedish is the primary language on all platforms and channels. This means avoiding English loanwords or spellings, such as mail or whistle blower. Instead, use the Swedish equivalents mejl or e-post, and visselblåsartjänst.
English when needed
When we write in English, we use UK English across all digital products to align with our brand and keep the experience clear and consistent. This primarily affects spelling and vocabulary.
