Gender-neutral language
Write inclusive text by avoiding gendered pronouns when referring to people in general.
At Coop, we’re committed to being open and inclusive. Avoid using han or hon (he or she) when referring to a person in general. Rephrase to keep a vibrant tonality, or use the gender-neutral pronoun hen (they).
